Product has to be returned within 90 days of ordering.

Write the reason for the return on the bottom of your invoice that came with the package, pack the item(s) to be returned, along with your invoice in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address noted above.  Once received, your refund will be processed and credited to your account.  We are unable to refund shipping charges.  For additional help call our toll-free Customer Service number: 1-800-273-7304. Shipping Destinations and Delivery

Orders must be placed by 12PM Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS and we kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard ground advantage shipping, Priority Mail is available. Standard Shipping Charges apply. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands take 6 to 10 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
