We hope we have answered the most important questions. Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business for over 35 years now. 2013 was the Celebration of our 30th year in business!
Q: Is my email address safe? Will I get spam or other companies emailing me from you guys?
A: Your email address is always safe with E. Burnham Cosmetics. We do not spam anyone and we do not sell our email lists. All of our emails have been compiled from the email addresses provided by our customers. We only send emails with special offers, new products, discounts or in response to your emails.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped through United States Post Office, you will receive your tracking number via email once it is shipped. We use first class standard mail and priority mail depending on the order size and value.
Q: Is there any animal testing done?
A: No, from the beginning days of our business, we have never done animal testing. We are all pet owners, and have served on the National council of the World Wildlife Fund, and a donor to the Humane Society of the United States of America. We love animals and our precious environment!
Q: Who can I contact if I have questions about my beauty routine?

Q: Can I order without being a club member?
A: Yes, you do not have to be an E. Burnham club member to order our products.
Q: I'm having trouble placing my order on the internet, what can I do?
A: If you are having this problem, please call us right away. 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST or send us an email with your order via email@example.com and we will get it ready and give you a call to verify the order within 2 business days.
Q: Where do I enter a discount code?
A: Once you click on "check out" from your cart. The next screen takes you to the information page. There will be a box that says "discount code" then click the apply button.
Q: What do I get by joining the club?
A: You save on your order anywhere between 10 to 20% depending on the product. You also benefit from knowing that your orders are shipped automatically- what you want, when you need it.
Q: What if I want to change the items or shipping frequency of my standing order?
A: Easily sign into your account and make the necessary adjustments or we’re just a quick phone call or email away. Always here and happy to help. With in our business hours of course.
Q: Did my order ship yet?
A: Please check your email for a shipping confirmation. As long as your email is associated with your account in our system, you should receive an email each time an order ships. If you still can't find any confirmation please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: Please call or email us right away so that we can get a replacement shipped to you
Q: What does it cost to join the Club?
A: There is no cost or commitment to join.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order internationally?
A: We are not always able to ship internationally. Some international orders may show you a shipping cost of $0.00, as our web store is not always able to calculate the correct international postage. In any case, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs and details for each international order placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor Free or Discounted Shipping promotions for orders to be shipped overseas. Thank you for your understanding.
